Math Talk Books

To help reinforce math vocabulary and spark discussions about math, student were given "Math Talk" notebooks this week.  Some students refer to them as "Dino Books," since they have a picture of dinosaurs on the cover.  Students will keep these in their desks and take them home at the end of the year.  They will use these to help them remember math terms that they can use when they talk about math.  They will also use them to help them share with each other what they have learned.
